That Ford Foundation grant had to be cleared by the CIA front Columbia University "Russia Institute" - as revealed by Professor Christopher Simpson. I doubt my dad ever knew that all international grants for the Ford Foundation were screened by the CIA since the Ford Foundation was a CIA conduit....

My dad was critiquing socialism in Sweden but he never finished his doctorate - he didn't actually write his Ph.D. thesis - just did the course work.

So then my dad wrote a new procedural manual for the Minnesota Attorney General Office - and I found it at the MN Historical Society archives! I got it emailed as a scanned pdf - the document is extremely dry and technical. My mom told me my dad had been "appalled" at the state of the MN Attorney General's office and so he wrote that procedural manual.

Then when my dad's law friend was appointed Chief Deputy Officer some six or seven years later - Mason - he used the same procedural manual - as he told my mom this. So that's why I figured the manual must be archived by the Attorney General's office - sure enough!

The Hempel Effect

Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis.
