Qigong meditation versus conceptual thinking

So all conceptual thoughts are based on the I-thought. So then the truth of reality is called the Self as the SOURCE of the I-thought. This is called logical inference or listening as the eternal path that is the goal of reality. It's impersonal but still has a harmonizing force on physical reality. Westernized modern humans are too anthropocentric - hence our ecological crisis that threatens growing food at scale, and fresh water and clean air, etc. within the next FIVE years. The fact that this conversation does not even acknowledge this basic truth just exposes the mass mind control of the modern corporate-state Westernized philosophy going back to Plato.

The way to get rid of "ruminating" on negative emotions is to do the "Moving of yin and yang" exercise. Our leg muscles are way stronger than our arms - and the glutes is the biggest muscle next to the diaphragm. So when we stand with the knees bent and the thigh muscles get sore then the legs start shaking at 7 to 8 times per second. This is called "Shaking Medicine" (the title of a book by Dr. Bradford Keeney). So the shaking of the sore leg muscles then sublimates the neurohormones via increase blood to the brain and this increases the brain pressure and empties out the conceptual mind. And then there is the "relaxation response" as a Parasympathetic Rebound. Dr. Stephen Porges goes into this - but it originates from Dr. Herbert Benson studying Tibetan Monks.

Buddhism emphasizes Kindness as "Metta" culture. Kindness and forgiveness. Love is an action of the qi or prana from the heart based on deep right side vagus nerve activation. The dopamine turns into serotonin and then into oxytocin. The Qi or prana is stored in the small intestines as the 2nd brain (more neurons than the heart).

Depression is a LUNG blockage. Smoking causes depression - something Western science does not recognize yet. This is very recognizable via the pineal gland. Also the Lung energy is courage but combined with the love of the heart it is compassion. But over use of compassion then causes sadness. So when the lung energy is overused there is sadness.
Our sense of time is based on new experiences. So this is why old people need NEW experiences otherwise they don't sense time passing and get bored very easily. If you don't have new experiences then the brain does not create new long term memories. This occurs through the microtubules as Hameroff details. So the key is to keep the microtubules healthy through ultrasound and infrasound stimulation that then transduces into macroquantum energy-information. So if you go directly to the microtubules you can reverse-engineer "new" experiences via biophoton synchronization. So you can empty out or reverse the deep memories through coherent biophotons and then create new experiences as a holographic reality.
the "work out" of meditation is to train in making NO predictions by constantly emptying out concepts. Thereby training directly the wiring and not the concepts.
the Pineal Gland transcends cultures. It's called "direct perception" in yoga philosophy. So it's a deeper level of psychophysiology than "thinking" in "concepts." It is pure energy-information that is then transduced into a lower frequency "conceptual" thinking in the brain.
For example Musicians (serious training before age seven) have a DIFFERENT perceptional reaction yet are in the same "culture" - it's just a specific training that rewires the brain differently.
Grief can be experienced on different levels of intensity - so more intense grief can definitely cause physical sickness. Westernized left brain dominant minds are cut off from the lower emotions so don't feel grief as strongly.
That's the right side vagus nerve as the "freeze" response as sleep. Dr. Stephen Porges is the expert on this topic.
as Hameroff details - you can have precognitive visions. Dr. Jack Tuszynski also goes into this in his book on quantum consciousness. So the pineal gland does not just act on the past. A good book on this is "Transcendent Dreaming" by Dr. Christina Donnell.
The Pineal gland monitors each organ in the body and it is sensed via qi energy or prana energy (China and India nonwestern science knows this). So it's FASTER than neuron signals because the qi is via the 4th state of water as delocalized proton signals. Just study Emilio Del Giudice physicist. Or Dr. Mae-Wan Ho
The Western brain is obviously idiotic otherwise we wouldn't have Western "civilization" based on ecocide and genocide. http://arctic-news.blogspot.com luckily the East Siberian Arctic Shelf Methane Bomb is triggerred and so abrupt global warming will double soon.
This is all just assuming a Westernized modern brain that is left brain dominant - not a nonwestern trained shamanic brain with the pineal gland permanently magnetized. The pineal gland is the "smart" transducer via coherent biophotons as quantum biology has demonstrated - using "smart" non-local quantum entanglement. Just study Hameroff and Penrose.

  1. I remember when I got the book transcendent dreaming when I took it out of the packaging and I was holding it in my hand it was like an energy transmission this cool sensation went through out my whole body. And to read what was possible when you delve deep into these practices it was mind blowing. I feel like I can put my self into a trance state from studying this stuff and I'm able to reach my higher self when I'm back intune with my body I get these fission sensations and I'm focused and back in alignment within my body not worried about the thoughts the breathing is also key but
Reading your blog posts like these always reminds me I have the ability to do this. Thanks for all the work you've put in over the years to bring this information to your readers.

  2. Its like the bushman say its about feeling more then it is getting lost in your thoughts. The feeling is what can be the ultimate guide at least thats the way I feel haha
