Dr. Jack Tuszynski has a great article comparing the human gut with plant auxin roots. The serotonin regulates plant root growth. But we know also the biophotons communicate via plant roots and mycelium mushrooms! So Dr. Jack Tuszynski argues that biophotons are the same for plants as in animals - via our 2nd brain in our guts as the serotonin roots.

For example after a meal that is high in tryptophan then our brain serotonin levels increase by I think 25% - so the serotonin does not bypass the blood brain barrier but apparently the vagus nerve is activated via the gut as 90% of the front vagus nerve signal is AFFERENT - meaning it tells the brain to increase serotonin levels (probably from increased tryptophan in the body). 90% of the body's serotonin is made in the gut - so then with deep vagus nerve activation - the blood brain barrier is bypassed via the pineal gland. So yes the brain serotonin levels increase after doing deep vagus nerve tummo breathing - and then holding the breath AFTER exhale. The brain is considered the most important "organ" - after the heart.

So holding the breath AFTER exhale forces all the oxygen into the brain via deep vagus nerve activation (so also increases brain serotonin). So Wim Hof says how he sees light but it's only a byproduct of the brain oxygen levels. haha. So the mitochondria are the PLANTS inside our bodies - well more like phytobacteria or whatever - like algae - so they breath OUT oxygen to create ATP energy. Right? I get biochemistry mixed up since it's too reductionist. Anyway by doing first 30 DEEP breaths to FEEL the kidneys - this amps up the adrenaline levels to twice as high and increases the blood pH levels through increased CO2.

So that damps down the brain's "gasp reflex" since it's activated by pH levels being too acidic in the blood (from I guess too much oxygen in the brain from not breathing). So then once you have PRIMED the brain with CO2 from DEEP breathing THEN you do the breath retention AFTER exhale - and now your brain no longer does a "gasp" reflex - so you WAY amp up the brain's serotonin levels from the gut. And DMT is just a serotonin agonist so it stops the uptake of serotonin levels.

So that exactly encapsulates the basic principle of alchemy training that I focus on in my “Idiot’s Guide” article - to put the shen below the jing via the yi as intention, that then governs and guides and creates the qi.

Between Heaven and Earth, the central harmonizing principle of Man is associated with the phase Soil (tu), the Spleen/Pancreas, worry, Intention (I), and Trustworthiness (xin).

And so Trustworthiness of the pancreas intention is actually the proper balance of the kidney water will power, with the emotional heart of fire, to create good soil. And we know from permaculture, that it is the liver as wood that provides the fuel, to create the biochar, to hold the nutrients properly. The pancreas then feeds the lung energy first.

The ancients thought that the loss of jing and shen through this progression was automatic unless there was some conscious intention to rectify it.

So again it is the pancreas intention that is the key balancing factor between the fire (shen) and water (jing), as the secret of alchemy.

Therefore the exoteric alchemists came up with the idea of a closed container in which they would bury alchemical ingredients under the ground so they could not leak away, and therefore be completely transformed in their interactions with one another. The internal alchemists followed the same idea but used their I/Intention to contain the alchemical process in the human body.

So this goes back to my original question about Hun. I discovered another historical analysis of Hun, stating that in fact the word is connected to a Thai word also relating to ancestor worship. So as Hun is the light of the moon, which originates from the Sun, so then is Hun the male principle that is passed on to the child at birth. So if the male is considered to be powerful on Earth, then the Hun energy is stronger and then after death, the Hun energy goes into heaven while the Po energy also remains strong with the body. So that is the secret of why then food must be brought to the grave - or else a “hungry ghost” will arise, from the anger of the Po qi energy still attached to the body as a ghost. Traditionally it was 3 years required to feed the spirit connected to the dead body - but for the powerful Hun spirits of rulers, then ancestor worship could even last 1000 years! And this is why in Tibet - they cut up the bones of the body, and feed them to the birds - to ensure that the qi energy empowering the spirit can not return to the body to create a vampire-zombie.

We can also find this idea of containing the jing and shen in the Taijiquan Classics where the I (psychic counterpart of the “Power” Man, the phase Soil, and the organ Spleen/Pancreas) takes on the function of a container:

(Throughout your) entire body, your mind (I) is on the Spirit of the Valley (jing-shen)[“concentrated awareness” is the translation I prefer], not on the Chi (qi).

So now we know the secret of why the Spirit of the Valley has no one precise location and yet does have a specific alchemical secret of process. And we are just beginning to reveal some fascinating new secrets! To quote again this teacher who understands how putting shen under jing creates qi - through intention as the key secret of Hun!

In Taijiquan it is easier to understand how I/Intention, as a closed container, can preserve and develop the jing and shen through the “Standing Postures” where movement is reduced to its extreme slowness…..The process of “condensing” jing into the bones in the standing postures is like storing more and more energy in a battery. At a certain point the jing and bones resonate with the ch'i of the Earth and one’s deep root is established.

In the Standing Postures, at the same time one sinks the I and ch'i into the bones in order to concentrate the jing, one’s conscious awareness (the most basic definition of shen) is lowered automatically into its associated realm (Water).

So then he explains that there are two burials in ancestor worship - after two years the bones are dug up and reburied, so that the jing of the bones attracts the shen, the bones now called
huang-jin
(yellow-gold) as alchemy. So now we know the secret of why in Egypt (and spreading into the West) the body is to be buried with gold - the actual alchemical process is much more detailed! And now in our materialistic fallen times people just worship the actual gold instead!!

 once the pineal gland opens up then our mind merges back into the Cosmic Mother. This is detailed as the "first half" of the alchemy training - as then you see light around people as auras - called the Absolute Void that radiates light (unlike just the relative void of seeing light with your eyes closed).

So then the Wuji or Emptiness is also the FUTURE as the "pilot wave" that guides us - whereas the light is how we perceive the future in the eternal present. So our mind as our spiritual ego (the male principle) is the light as the number 1 or I-thought. But as the Pythagoreans taught - the number 1 is NOT a number since there is no end nor beginning to the source of sound. So the number 2 is female as matter but as the first matter is resonates out of the Emptiness as the source of the number 1 - called Apeiron by the ancient preSocratics.

So this Emptiness - also called Apopis (origin of the word Apocalypse) - we can Listen to it since Justice is Blind. This is how the Oedipal Complex is solved - the Cosmic Womb-Tomb is an impersonal eroticism that goes beyond the incest taboo since the kundalini N/om Original Sin healing psychic Lunar Love Digit (tantic code name for clitoris) is the psychic pineal gland heart energy. So all males in the womb START OUT with a clitoris that then turns into a penis and Nature starts out as FEMALE and most of life is in the Archaea and Bacteria "kingdom" reproducing in harmony with the Cosmic Mother via spirit biophotons directly with the Spacetime vortex as the Emptiness.

So when the light is turned around this means we LISTEN to the source of light - at the sub-angstrom wavelength - and so time goes to "zero" as per the light but the spacetime energy then harmonizes the blockages of matter - from the FUTURE. So then we see the light get synchronized as visions of the future but when we "see" this we are actually LISTENING with our hearts as that is the source of the spirit energy. So the right side of the heart is the deep orgasmic love vagus nerve connection to the dorsal N/om vagus nerve to the reproductive organs. So the spiritual doctors literally transcend death sometimes (as difficult as this is to believe for Westerners).

So this is the origin of the "sacrifice" religions as Osiris is actually GREEN as the Sun that gets sacrificed in the winter and then is reborn at the First Lunar connection to the Earth Equinox. So the ISIS Earth mother is regenerated via the Water flowing DOWN from the arctic as Osiris (alchemically this means the cerebrospinal fluid overflows out of the brain and is swallowed down via the nasal sinus cavity - after the pineal gland recharges it via the Cosmic Mother emptiness energy). So that energy is then STORED in the Earth as revitalized soil as alchemy - meaning BLACK soil - that overflows out of the Nile.

So that is how the Sun as Horus recharges and rejuvenates the land via Osiris via the Apopis (setting of the sun) in the winter - as the Pole Star connection to the Cosmic Mother (the pineal gland and the top back of the skull - as the origin of "awareness" in the brain). So then once that Earth - Cosmic Mother connection is made then the HEART resonates as ELF schumann energy in the theta brain waves - as a waking dream state - so the body shakes at 7 to 9 times per second to create a proton-proton spin that is REVERSE time phase coherence as the 5th dimension. This is called the OM of light or the Yuan Qi of the yuan shen or Embodying the Emptiness or the EAR of the HEART.
