I first got arrested in 1994 protesting in downtown Minneapolis and later a group of cops walked past me, one tore my sign out of my hands and ripped out my sign. I asked for his badge number and he gave it and I tried to file a 1st Amendment civil rights lawsuit. My dad was a lawyer and so he gave me some money to pay the lawyer who had already gotten me out of jail for the arrest. He was mad when we didn't hear back from that lawyer but I didn't have any witnesses and the lawyer had already gotten me out of jail - so....
Here we are 32 years later. I got arrested eight times protesting in Minneapolis and the surrounding area - upper Midwest....
My dad wrote the procedural manual for the Attorney General office in the late 60s for Minnesota.
Another Ice Murder and another march/protest
