One day Aged Wine (from sparkling grape juice to the wine glass).

 Wow - this wine doesn't taste that bad and actually has a slight kick to it!! I can smell the grapes. I have no idea about palette and wine "tones" or whatever. The grapes are Sparkling Knudsen grapes from Oregon where grapes are grown with basically organic standards. I used "active yeast" that immediately got the grape juice bubbling in an hour or so. The next day the previously vigorous bubbling was pretty much all gone. Time to "rack" the wine - and let the yeast settle in the frig. I just poured into a wine glass and I can now enjoy a slight kick and the smell of grapes without all the sugary internal tingling as the sugar otherwise creates free radicals and bacteria to be neutralized by negative ions (yin qi) in the body.

 Wow - I did an hour of Small Universe full lotus meditation after I drank my homebrew "wine" - (that got me drunk) - and sure enough I had two very distinct healing moments of my brain blockages breaking up from qi/jing/shen energy. So the alcohol had definitely done brain damage.
