Weird - I've never even TRIED this one before!! Cool. I've watched literally a 1000 different Total Gym vids!! Strange that I don't remember this particular exercise.

OK I just tried this exercise! I had a 3.25" resistance band so that made it much more difficult. Also I lowered the elevation height of the tower inclination. Then I added the dip bars accessory since otherwise it was too difficult to lower myself upside down!! Wow. Now with the dip bars - the resistance band was too difficult so I only did five reps! Wow. So if I took off the band and increased the inclination like Chuck then it's differently a good set for a good workout.
Actually my inclination is just one lower than he has now... Yeah I just tried it with no resistance band but in the highest inclination and I could barely do 3 reps!! Wow. So Chuck was definitely pushing the limit in this movie.
