So I go farm sit for a friend and take care of their dogs - and now I get dog food advertisements in the mail? Wow... Big Brother Matrix is for real to be sure.

The color of the object was a white or light gray. I could tell this because it was hovering as low as a crop duster plain. It was also as big around as a house.  Triangular object floated smoothly and silently over my backyard. It came from the North and kept going South. It looked like a V-Formation that birds fly in. Except the "birds" in this case I believe were actually lights. There were 3 on one side and 4 on the other and they were not super bright, in fact they were barely a lighter shade of illuminated gray than the night sky it self. The "lights" were kind of frosty/blurry looking. More a brighter shade of gray than yellow or white or red. They were not flashing. This thing floated effortlessly, and reminded me of how paper would be if it were floating, just really light and smooth.

The UFO hovered for a few seconds then moved. It moved rather slowly, but it was very low.

It was quiet and nothing like we had ever heard. The best way to describe it is picture a slow boat like a pontoon. If the boat was turned on out of the water underneath an awning. Western Science: Knowing the Problem is HALF the Solution

 yes as Noam Chomsky says we are lemmings going off the cliff. Chomsky emphasizes the mass media mind control as indoctrination is more effective since it's easier than controlling someone's body. So we have "repeaters" even on supposed independent youtube channels. As Chomsky emphasizes SELF-censorship is the most important kind of censorship. People do not know HOW to learn and so do not investigate things on their own. People go to higher education to make money or try to since wages have not risen since the 1970s next to inflation. 

So it's Imperial Implosion. For example scientists now in higher education are more likely to be from China or India since socialist countries invest more in education. So then Germany for example emphasizes corporate-sponsored apprentice education whereas the US Empire does not sponsor higher education. So then the corporations complain about the lack of well trained labor when in fact US corporations make more profits now in other countries and also save money by hiring immigrant scientists. 

Professor David F. Noble's book, "America By Design" exposed how science is controlled by elite foundations - he was fired from MIT for political reasons as the AHA lawsuit proved. His book "The Religion of Technology" traced the structural trajectory of Western science - as did its follow up book, "Myth of the Promised Land." Humans have been around for 200,000 years and our original human culture, still around, the San Bushmen, lived without rape or war - requiring each male to do intensive spiritual training. We now worship science as the answer when in fact science caused today's ecological crisis from the wrong philosophy of Plato. 

Our DeNile is Deep indeed. Science can certainly give us HALF the answer as Freud pointed out - at least "Knowing" what the problem is. The solution is from a deeper look at biology. For example most physicists today dismiss quantum biology as crap and even most biologists dismiss quantum biology. Too funny. The CIA censors the science of relativistic quantum biology - for example Professor Olivier Costa de Beauregard. In other words only be delving deep into the depths of science - for example noncommutative phase logic of the Stanford Research Institute, Eddie Oshins on quantum psychology - teaching Wing Chun of Bruce Lee's lineage - do we stare straight at the solution to our ecological crisis. 

 we live on a speck of dust. We are dependent on ecological habitat. We currently have created the FASTEST rate of mass extinction of life on Earth in Earth's history of billions of years. So that's a lot of coffee!

But this is big grinder - this is the ONLY "capital" investment I got from my 10 years of part-time environmental activist work. I think it was $600.

Wow - that's a LOT of amps for 120 volt. The Leaf Vacuum Shredder is 12 amps!! haha.

So if I wanted to run this blender at 150 feet I  would need my 10 gauge utility cord.

No problem - grinded down dry with no smoke. No overheating.

I just worked up in variable speed from low to high and switched over to high speed to finish a couple seconds. Used that push tool - to work the beans down.

What's so special about this coffee?

I got it as a gift for farm sitting at the Regenerative Agriculture farm - where they also had a History of the Minnesota Farmer's Union book. I speed read the book. The FIRST state headquarters was in the same hometown that my mom's family grew up in - and my grandfather established a successful sheet metal duct work company that is still operating and growing today as a Worker's Owned business.

Here it is - finally - so they have a State Fair coffee shop.

So they sell an Ethiopian coffee bean from this brewery.

 They may have hints of cherry, grape, lime, and peach. Their natural process gives them an earthy taste. If beans aren't dried correctly, they develop a sour taste and become too brittle to roast. Yirgacheffe beans are often wasted due to poor natural processing.

Says it's organic.

Wow - $15 a pound!

So they get it at a bulk price of course.

OK so this is the SAME coffee that the local anarchist coffee shop sold on the West Bank in Minneapolis. It's very thick oily flavor coffee.

I was a "regular" at this coffee house. When I first started going there - I noticed that African immigrants were already regulars there - that was before it was called Hard Times cafe. It started out with two other names. One being the "Urban Peasant" cafe. I liked that one.

Today the late-night crowd at the Hard Times looks much as it always has: African men arguing in their native tongues; green-haired punks slapping the chess timer; students losing themselves in paperbacks. The café is still a hub of West Bank academia, bohemia, and Somalia--complete with loud music and an anarchist service ethic ("Stupid questions: $5.00" reads the chalkboard menu). And the perennial friction between the vegetarian greasy spoon and city hall still comes down to a battle between those who would never set foot in such a place and those who would.

So the African immigrants were from Eritrea or Ethiopia. I befriend one from Eritrea. He had been raised by a monk and I think he had been abused by the monk. I tried healing him in full lotus - but he was hard-wired not to be healed. He was on social disability for depression but he suffered from "addiction" of the original sin kind. He had studied mathematics and biology at the University and so, like me, he would buy used books. We would discuss philosophy of science as I sat in full lotus and I kept taking tea tree oil to purify my "yang qi" as my yin qi went into him. I did this for about a year before giving up. haha.

He had gotten kicked out of the coffee shop since he used to get into violent rages with the other males in the coffee shop. He shared with me how he had a "fling" with the other African immigrant in that coffee shop.

So later on I also got unofficially kicked out of the cafe for my full lotus tantric antics. haha. Also my dumpster-diving crap smell  - the garlic, etc. Full on Tantric Zen crazy energy.

I went back a few years ago - and hung out a bit with another regular and we laughed about old times from 20 years ago. And the Hard Times started the Black Label Bike Club featuring "Joisting." I did not know about this "sport." But a documentary was made about it - featuring the dude on the right in suspenders. That's Jake. He considers himself "owner" of the cafe now - that the collective kind of broke up. I am probably exaggerating. Maybe he doesn't even work there anymore. He was considered the founder of the Bike Club though and he also is part native indigenous. He kicked me out just by saying to me, "I'm just trying to run a business." 

Since Jake and I had chatted over the years about various things - well actually we only had a real conservation ONCE about psychedelics. haha. Anyway I had chatted about him from other people of our mutual friends. So Just gave him a Chimpanzee submission smile since I knew if I said ONE WORD he would have exploded in rage. He drinks a lot. So then I left - and I was proud to have made an impact on this cafe - as the workers pride themselves on that Cool attitude of Chic Denial about everything.

But I ate a LOT of meals there from the 1980s up to the 2000s!! Twenty years of coffee and home-made blueberry muffins and cookies and rice and beans meals - and eggs and kale.

OH that was from 2001 - from the LAST time I was a regular there. I had a PRECOGNITIVE DREAM about the cop raid of that coffee shop!

 I forgot about that. So the Maoist Cult lived above the coffee shop - probably still does. And the FBI infilitrated the Maoist Cult since the Cult was bragging about how they were storing up guns for the revolution, etc. Actually I just knew that on my own but they also liked to organize and Monopolize the "coalition" protests against War, etc. The Maoist Cult would INFILITRATE all the other progressive groups in the Twin Cities to try to secretly push their Leninist Revolution. So any actual concrete REFORMS were thwarted since they got in the way of the BIG LENINIST revolution that was supposed to happen once the Maoist Cult had gained control of each progressive group. A girlfriend of mine had been contacted to be a secret member of the cult - they took her out to dinner and presented her with the Little Red Book of Mao and asked her to promise a LifeLong Devotion. She told me she turned them down. I outed the cult as having taken over a University group and one of the members of the group - a fellow younger student - thanked me for the expose. ... He got a job as a local news reporter for the public radio and was room mate to my coworker at the Nonprofit.

It's easy to get paranoid when the FBI is infiltrating leftist groups all the time and then the leftists are trying to plan violent "defense" for the revolution. I just told the Marxists - look if the US wanted to NUKE this whole neighborhood they would have no problem doing so. In other words stop pretending in these fantasies of male Missile Envy. haha.

What I liked about this cafe is that the building is a TRIANGLE - so also they hand painted the inside with funky graffiti designs that are psychedelic. So it messes up the otherwise Rectilinear Masonic control Matrix of the city.

Also they tried to stay open as long as possible. So I would normally go there over the holidays and I read many books there. I read Noam Chomsky there in the 1990s - around 1994 to 1996. I read Slavoj Zizek there. 

So then I branched out during my Tantric days - and I was hanging out in the Somali cafes as the ONLY white person now (not the other way around at Hard Times where only a couple AFricans were regulars). I was approached - ARE YOU ITALIAN?!! The Somalis could not believe I was "Minnesotan" - I was told: "Minnesotans are too conservative." - that was a nice way of saying racist. haha.

Yes this is a good one.

So I was able to leverage the wonderful healing Solstice energy again - waking up in the silence of 2 a.m. for a small universe full lotus meditation.

My colon was not fully cleared out so I didn't expect much in results but sure enough I had a nice electrical "pop" in my skull as a blockage cleared out.

Before I began meditating - I could feel the strong magnetic pineal gland bliss from the Solstice - and this is what had woken me up.

Clearly after 20 years of training - even though I have currently "stopped" doing much meditation - I still enjoy the permanent magnetic bliss of the pineal gland after my "enlightenment experience."

And I look forward to keep going deeper into meditation as the most important of my life goals.

In the mean time I focus on healing my family, as the http://springforestqigong.com focus. 

I realize that I myself need to heal as well but from the Nonlocal Emptiness - healing others and healing the self go together.

The original qigong master used to say this as his motto:

"The More you heal others, the more you heal yourself."

He does not say this - he stopped saying it after he became "Americanized" as he joked.

Why? As he shared in 2013 - he said people were overusing their psychic energy after their third eye had been opened and then they get fat since they need to get the yin qi energy from food, after their yang qi energy has been depleted.

So based on the above link - and the Taoist Yoga: alchemy and immortality book - we still have to convert the yin qi energy to yang qi energy via celibacy. This is what I do.

And then I send out the yin qi energy based on the save up yang qi energy going to the third eye.

Or I should say the Emptiness does this directly. But as that link explains - it's still not building up the Yuan Qi energy. The third eye EMITS Yuan Qi energy and so enables building up MORE Yuan Qi energy if you meditation to create more ambrosia or ionized cerebrospinal fluid that is swallowed.

My training manual goes into more details.

So as much as Wim Hof has the Foundation of Tummo training done to a Western "science" - he still is lacking the higher levels of Neidan alchemy as per meditation. He does hint at this when he talks about seeing light and visualizing fire, etc.

I would say about half of my blog readers now are from NON-Western sources - as nonwesterners are from their own cultures with their own roots in Neidan alchemy training.

But the whole world has been Westernized - so we have to do a dialectical reversal from the West back to its nonwestern sources. I do this through Pythagorean philosophy as the nonwestern source of Western civilization.

So then in reviewing that Neidan link in the previous blogpost - via googlebooks preview - the "mercury dragon yang" of the heart is the Yang Shen energy via Neidan.

So this is what Gurdjieff called the Big Accumulator.

So the secret here is the term "Culling" as in Cultivation of the Lead Yang to replenish the Yin shen and yin qi of the mercury dragon. In meditation then the Yin shen turns into Yang Shen when reversed in direction (from out of the eyes back down to the Elixir Field).

This creates the Green Dragon or Female Dragon as Earth-Heaven. This is the paradox of alchemy.

So the Yang Shen creates new matter from Yuan Qi energy out of the heart - the laser light stores this Yuan Qi in the elixir Field. We can see this in modern terms as the Stem Cell energy being activated.

So now with "gene therapy" they claim to be able to REGROW any organ of the body! Need a new heart? Just reactivate the stem cell genes that create a heart, etc.

So this is how Bilocation works only that the regrowth originates from the quantum entanglement or nonlocality that HOLDS the nucleotides together. This is now documented in quantum biology - that the spiral strands of amino acids are held together by quantum entanglement or nonlocality.

This is the "binding" energy of the extra photon energy that Einstein discovered in his most famous equation. So when matter has a chain reaction if it is heavy or if is fuses together if it is light - in our case it is the latter - as Sonofusion of hydrogen (just as Gurdjieff claimed) - then the EXTRA photon energy is the relativistic or gravitational mass (not inertial rest mass).

So that is the captured virtual photon energy from the future - what qigong master Yan Xin calls the "virtual information field that does the healing" and qigong master Zhang, Hongbao calls it the "Golden Key" as the "superluminal yin matter."

When the original qigong master invited us students to go to a piano concert with him - I was the ONLY one who showed up - as far as I could tell. That was in 2000 or 2001. haha.

He then followed me to the bathroom - and we were alone in the bathroom together. I wanted to Kow Tow to him in the bathroom but I didn't want to get my clothes dirty and I thought - that would be strange.

He just turned to me and said:

I think you will enjoy this concert.

I smiled, too afraid to speak.

That was the kind of proper humility to have for the qigong master.

It was Chopin, one of my favorite composers. Chopin, like me, had tiny fingers. So he hid in his house and composed. haha. He used his fourth finger to cross over his fifth - a very strange and difficult manuever. 

The qigong master's son became a very professionally accomplished classical pianist.

I remained a hack but I was more interested in music as a philosophy of healing and that is was led me to qigong meditation.
