The heart is called Yi [unified power] becuz when intent moves, spirit is agitated; qi is dispersed. Qi is the Mother of spirit; Spirit is the child of qi. The Mother as qi is the horse that guides/conducts the river chariot (yin spirit) in the water (yin jing). Once your mind is away from the lower Elixir Field, your Qi will be led away from it and be consumed. By gathering the Shen into the lower tan tien then the Qi follows it there. How does the Yuan Qi create more Yuan Shen? Proof that Taoist Yoga "restraining nerve" as Yang Qi is the Vagus Nerve!!!

So first we have the yin and yang qi as the "outer alchemical agent" then being transmuted into Yuan Qi or "true vitality."

This is through rotating the eyes. But rotating the eyes ALSO causes the Yuan Qi to unite with the "nervous system" thereby causing the Yuan Shen to manifest in FRONT of the eyes -

So if you don't rotate your eyes then you're not MAKING more Yuan Qi - only just "gathering" the yin and yang qi into the brain!

So when you roll the eyes you create Yuan Qi that then emanates Yuan Shen....

So the microcosmic outer agent heals ailments. We know that is the yin qi.

OK so then Quick Fire breathing turns the "generative fluid" into the yin qi.

So this "negative generative force" is made from the blood but it will "fill the testicles."

So it turns into yin qi in the lower tan t'ien.

So this confirms then that the Spirit is the Fire that creates the Yuan Qi.... through sublimation.

so...

OK so when the blood goes to the lower tan tien it turns into yin qi which then fills the testicles. This yin qi though is "nurtured" by Yang qi of the heart (via the small universe meditation).

So this is then the cerebrospinal fluid being swallowed as the hidden yang qi that then increases the yuan qi of the heart as blood!

which then goes back to the testicles!

Ah so the pineal gland converts blood to cerebrospinal fluid.

The heart does the opposite! The oxytocin via lecithin cerebrospinal fluid that is swallowed then increases the blood.

So if the cerebrospinal fluid salvia is not infused with the Shen to create Yuan Qi then it can NOT increase the blood supply of the heart...

So again we have Quick Fire breathing to create Yin Qi from food.

But if there is lust when the Yang Qi manifests then this generative fluid is useless.

NOW how does this "yang qi" manifest? From the center of the brain!!

So we've now come full circle.

We have the heart turning the blood into generative fluid via the front channel of the heart connecting to the lower tan tien...

So the yang qi manifests out of the pineal gland.

So... essential nature is yin qi.

So the yang qi emanates out of the pineal gland but usually is subconscious or not known by the spirit aka "hidden and dormant."

OK a recent vid I saw explained that if the tip of the tongue is not kept connected to the roof of the mouth - then the vitality goes to the Central Channel INSTEAD of the lower tan t'ien....

hmm.

So the Yuan Shen goes out the eyes from the yang qi. So it is just not "built up."

OK so here we go - the Yang Qi from the pineal gland then "drains down in the marrow of the spine" - that's the Cerebrospinal fluid! To then become the generative fluid....

OK so the tongue against the roof of the mouth is to keep the yang qi or yuan qi then in FRONT of the spirit shen - so that it drains down the front channel as saliva - and NOT down the back channel as cerebrospinal fluid into generative fluid....

Right so by "scorching the blood of the heart" - they mean the evil fire of the heart switches the yang qi of metal back into the yin qi of wood. Whereas the Yuan Shen of the yang qi needs to be under the water of the wood to maintain the Yuan Qi as purification. So that keeps the passion of the yang qi hidden in deep serenity as COLD storage...

right - here is corroboration. So the yang qi that was returned to the heart as Heaven now has the wood qi or yin qi of Earth then return back to it as the yang shen - now the Po soul.

OK right - so if the yang qi as hidden metal in the water is RETURNED to the heart then the third eye opens up - as the Yuan Qi now manifesting - or yang qi with the yuan shen.

So when you put the Fire of the heart under the water this returns the yin qi to the Water.

And so that "steam" wipes out the passion. The Steam is the Yuan Qi.

OK so you rotate the eyes and the yang shen [sun fire heart] of the yin qi (left eye) [moon] mixes with the yang qi [metal, sun] and yin shen [moon, right eye].

So the yang shen has to go under the water to return the yin qi back to the water. While the yin shen of the water has to return to the heart as yang qi.

So...

the Yuan Qi is not just the reversal of the qi but also the spirit.

So the question is - is this the Tiger channel as yang qi and yin shen?

the right leg is yin or dragon.

So it could be that the cavity of spirit is OPPOSITE of the two "nerves" or channels...

So I get it now. Once the third eye is open THEN you work on reversing the yang qi back down the front (instead of the initial up the back process)...

So again this is the Golden Elixir or the Double Reversal that often gets neglected. At first the yang qi is "hidden" as metal in the water. NOW it has to be returned BACK to Earth.

So Positive or yang shen relies again on yang qi...

so the red light is part of the yin qi of the yang shen... as a blockage.

meanwhile the Yang Qi "sustains" the yang shen!

So let's review. Here's the first step.

So then when the third eye opens up it's actually positive spirit since it is seen OUTSIDE the body - as auras and spirits (whereas negative spirit of the relative void is seen just inside the body).

So this Positive Spirit NOW is the FIRE that has to be put under the water as the Yuan Qi.

So that will eventually turn into golden light....

OK so when the Small Universe is activated then the yang qi has to be returned back to the lower tan tien - even though it was returned to the heart to activate the third eye!

Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis. When looking at both curves, one might suppose that in the two cases we should hear two sounds that are just as different. But in fact our ear does not notice any difference. biophysicist Vitus B. Anyone who actually knows how to play music would not fall for this bait and switch! What is (7, 5)? It is a Perfect Fourth which is the PITCH of C to G! "The term subcontrary may refer to the fact that a tone based on this mean reverses the order of the two fundamental musical intervals in a scale.
