EXCELLENT!! yes this was a big debate about the constitution that so few understand. Some did not want a "bill of rights" because it implies the government GIVES rights - like the Royal Sovereignty. The US constitution is supposed to be based on the RADICAL idea, a LIBERTARIAN view, that our rights are SELF-evident. So the government works for us. That's why Chomsky is a "libertarian socialist" as I'm sure you know.

The US was actually "chartered" through "conferences" and so the US government is actually a CORPORATION. And the Judicial system then gave corporations "legal personhood." And our Self-Evident Freedom actually has to go to before Platonic philosophy - that's how radical it has to be.

As the book "The Racial Contract" points out - Plato and Aristotle promoted "Natural Law" as eugenics. This is how deep this problem is - the book "The Paper Economy" by David T. Bazelon goes into this. Platonic philosophy combines patent law with mathematics and political systems - and even music theory. Even Western equal-tempered tuning music is the lie of mass mind control! Economics professor Michael E. Hudson's dad was a Teamster journalist in Minneapolis and he was convicted into Federal Prison at Sandstone Minnesota - for supposedly calling for violent overthrow of the government.

Michael E. Hudson points out that actually Archytas and Plato promoted "democracy" as based on logarithmic mathematics. This goes back to the idea that infinity can be "contained" as a materialistic geometry - instead of infinity being an immaterial time from infinite music that we listen to as syncopation. So every human culture uses the Octave, Perfect Fifth and Perfect fourth as infinite listening but this is actually free energy as complementary opposites. This was taught in Egypt since the ratio 2/3 was sacred and could not be reduced. Why? Because 3 in music theory is both "G" as the PErfect Fifth overtone but ALSO 3 is "F" as the Perfect Fifth subharmonic. So it's the Perfect Fifth as both 2/3 and 3/2 at the SAME time - this is called noncommutative phase logic and it's the secret of relativistic quantum science.

So nonwestern cultures knew this truth. And science is trying to go back to redefine itself - this is the most advanced science that even most scientists don't know about. haha. The Hempel Effect

Visually, the frequency and amplitude changes but the EAR hears no difference - both phases are the Perfect Fifth just inverted as undivided yin-yang (the Taiji). I was discussing noncommutative phase with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson - and he said that I didn't understand how octaves were a geometric logarithm - so that C to G is 3/2 yet G to C is 3/4 as the harmonic series. So I tried to point out to him that since the 2 and 4 are the SAME C as "pitch" - then in the same octave, when doubled back, you can not HAVE the same G as Both the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth. Why? Because 3/4 is the reverse direction in time - so that now the "3" is the denominator as a new root tonic. And so the harmonic series assumes this is a logarithmic equation as a ratio that can be inverted - but you can not evenly divide the octave and the Perfect Fifth since 2 does not go into 3 evenly. So this means that 3/4 is actually C to F while C to G is 3/2 and the C to F was derived from doubling 2/3. So this is called the "phantom tonic" in music theory and reveals the noncommutative phase origin of the music harmonics - as Alain Connes recognizes. Let us draw up a fundamental vibration with its first and second harmonic overtones [1:2 and 2:3]….if we then shift the phase relationship, we get a totally different course of the combined curve; that is, of the pressure course [amplitude and frequency] which is apparently effective in the final analysis.
