Fixing out outside leaking faucet aka "wall hydrant" - Prior 500 series (since it's an older model with no model label!)

OK i have a right-handed packing nut. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSrabmKXA9s

I used the "new packing" graphite washer - the bigger one was for the right-handed packing nut. So I got that correct....

cage washer, cage, bib washer, bib screw on the stem end - did that correct pretty much (hahaha).

Hmm I wonder why the stem all jammed up. Oh well.

It stopped leaking.

So OK we have the 500 series since the house was built in 1998 and there's NO "Prior" product label on the faucet. hahahaha.
