the court docs -- while describing Loftus' career and how she was
called to defend Harvey Weinstein and others (including Ghislaine
Maxwell) -- appear to MISNAME Ghislaine ; calling her instead: "Giselle Maxwell" !!
So
who is responsible for misspelling Ghislaine's name? (I couldn't find
Loftus helping defend anyone named Giselle). If it is Ghislaine, did the
court filer secretary or whatever you call them, or someone higher up
(I think most likely), or one of Tania's lawyers make the changes?

was also called to help defend a mob-linked guy who killed the daughter
of a Bugsy Siegel partner named David Berman. His daughter wrote a book
about their mob family and she had several projects ongoing
with Hollywood or whatever before she was murdered by an alleged

I attribute this to patriarchy - the "gaslighting" etc. - and considering Harvey Weinstein had female assistants like Ghislaine - tragic that the females will suck up to male patriarchy.
