In my experience I used to call it "flexing the pineal gland" - and the skeptics insisted this was not possible since there are no muscles in the brain. So what is "flexing"? The video link she gives argues breathing moves the CSF the best. This is true but the "flexing" is actually the spirit or biophotons that are "turned around." Normally with the eyes open the biophotons go out of the eyes. So when we meditate we have a 17 watt laser from coherent biophoton energy.
The heart is called Yi [unified power] becuz when intent moves, spirit is agitated; qi is dispersed. Qi is the Mother of spirit; Spirit is the child of qi. The Mother as qi is the horse that guides/conducts the river chariot (yin spirit) in the water (yin jing). Once your mind is away from the lower Elixir Field, your Qi will be led away from it and be consumed. By gathering the Shen into the lower tan tien then the Qi follows it there. Light of eyes descend as Yang fire inner yin qi line

I'm asked to comment on the flow of the CSF tied to energy healing
The next question is where does this biophoton energy originate from? By meditating we can build it up and increase the biophoton amount. This is because photons have a secret "gravitational mass" and this is actually antigravitational and negentropic. This is the time-reversed negative frequency nonlocal force that has no physical location.
So as Westerners we fixate on form but in Buddhism it's called the Formless Realm or going beyond the "skanda" (covering) of form. So that activates what is called the "Yuan qi" or original cosmic qi. If you study the book Taoist Yoga: alchemy and Immortality it mentions how the pineal gland or third eye emanates out the yuan qi.
The yuan qi in the body originates from the right side of the heart.
So that video link has the "harvard doctor" arguing that the Ida and Pingala are the pituitary and pineal gland but I think they are the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. So with the eyes open that is the sympathetic nervous system that sends the biophoton energy OUT of the eyes via the pineal gland. The meditation relies on the parasympathetic - the right side parasympathetic goes from the reproductive organs up to the brain and then down to the right side of the heart.
So my training manual has more details.
The pineal gland converts the blood into increases CSF. So the CSF stores the "yang qi" but it's also tied to celibacy and life force energy for males. The blood is tied to the "yin qi." The Yuan Qi is formless information-force.
thanks,
drew
