the 18 steps of purification by fire: Turning the Jing from fluid into yin qi, yang qi and finally Yuan Qi as yuan jing.

So there are 18 steps broken into these different types of fire.

Quick Fire breathing turns food digestion into yin qi or negative generative force.

Fire from Spirit or shen (third eye) turns the yin qi of blood into the yang qi of cerebrospinal fluid.

The fire of the yang qi as yin shen spirit is created by uniting the yang qi with the nervous system by rotating the eyes - this creates yuan qi for positive spirit.

This yin shen spirit will keep turning into yang shen spirit as positive spirit from the yuan qi of the Emptiness aka the Absolute void.

so the positive fire ascends as yang qi or hidden metal.

The negative fire descends as yin qi as wood dragon.

So generative force is just based on purification levels. So yin jing is actually also yin qi.

So here we have jing created from yin qi of blood from digestion of food. Versus jing from yang qi of the bone marrow cerebrospinal fluid.

So here the blood is dragon which is also yin qi that originates from the Yuan Qi of the heart.

So the yang qi has the silvery light of the moon as the yin shen.

But if there is perversion then the yin qi of the blood switches back with the yang qi of the cerebrospinal fluid - and  the yin shen scorches the yin qi of the blood.

It's like a short circuit!!

OK here was have SCORCH again.

So the dilation is the OPPOSITE of the vagus restraining nerve. Which means the dilation is the sympathetic nervous system activated by the yin qi yang shen through the blood.

So here we go - you eat food and the quick fire sends the blood up to the pineal gland. Then you swallow the charged up cerebrospinal fluid as saliva - which now has yin qi in it. You store the yin qi in the lower tan tien.

Then if your "positive" yang qi manifests - you combine it with the yin qi and then purify it again with shen to create Yuan Qi.
