Thanks to a reader for revisiting this blog posts. I announced awhile back that I was done doing my "research." Sure I still look stuff up.

I recently enjoyed several hours reading Wang Mu's Foundation of Internal Alchemy a book that integrates three other Neidan books with commentary on all of them.
