Thank you for the video. A couple things though. When you are hyperventilating you are not hyper oxygenated rather you are becoming hypoxic and hypocarbic which causes constriction of your blood vessels in your brain. If you don’t believe me just test your oxygen saturation during this period. You are becoming euphoric because your body is releasing catecholamines from the hypoxia, most prominent dopamine and epinephrine, to cause the sense of euphoria. I’m not saying this is a bad method rather to be understood in a physiological sense helps us understand the process itself. Again thank you so much for the video very instructive and very good
Is this bad for the body ? Like can it hurt our tissue and cells if they aren’t getting enough oxygen ?

@Nathan Sharp There is a difference between blood oxygen and deep membrane oxygen into the mitochondria and neurons. So this training causes the oxygen to get deeper into the body where it is needed to directly power the mitochondria. So that way you can bypass the normal need for food since the mitochondria is powered directly by protons. The water is split via the extra pressure in the brain and the ultrasound as Dr. Andrija Puharich figured out. So then you get protons and oxygen but you also get "virtual photons" - and this non-local virtual photon energy has a reverse time or negative mass energy also as the "magnetic moment" BETWEEN the protons and electrons - aka the "spin" energy.
So that is called "yuan qi" in Daoist alchemy. The photons seen are then the subharmonics given off when the negative mass and virtual photons are then reabsorbed back into the body. The photon energy is biophotons so they are coherent lasers and this energy then signals to the body the necessary chemical changes. The magnetic moment energy is literally "from the future" or negentropy energy. So that is how longevity is achieved and also precognition.

I will tell you a secret oh Pig-tailed one: try deep breathing by
sucking in below the naval - to feel your kidneys. As each inhale is
deeper and longer than the exhale - you store up carbon dioxide. This
forces the oxygen out of your blood and into your deep body tissues and
organs (where it is deeply needed). Then after 30 such breaths you hold
the breath AFTER EXHALE - and since you've acidified your blood from
increased CO2, this stops your diver's breath reflex in the brain. So
this forces oxygen into your brain where it is REALLY deeply needed.
Then repeat above cycle of 30 breaths, hold after exhale (and this time
you can do it even more).
Keep doing that and you store up Proton energy
as an asymmetric proton gradient - and you also store up the magnetic
moment or quantum non-local spin between the proton and electrons.
