So I just finished the Netflix doc on the Unabomber, the FBI most wanted and ecoterrorist serial killer.

I had known that the Unabomber had been the victim of a CIA psychology experiment at Harvard based on LSD - I didn't know that the victim had been only 17 years old at the time - and it was 3 years long meeting on a weekly basis - creating a distinct profound change in Ted - to test out "breaking down" a person's personality to then be able to extract information aka "enhanced interrogation techniques."

So what struck me as key to this creation of the Unabomber was that at a young age - maybe when he was two years old - he was sent to the hospital where the doctors refused to enable Ted to have any real comforting from anyone - for weeks of "treatment." I corresponded with a clinical psychologist who did the research proving that this type of "cry it out" treatment routine recommended by Western medical doctors - on babies - is what causes permanent brain damage as cortisol stress and dopamine neuron damage. And sure enough the mom reported that her son after returning from the hospital was now dramatically forlorn and listless while previously he had been a happy child.

So this reminded me of the biography of the founder of the CIA - Allen Dulles - the book is called the Devil's Chessboard - and details how Allen had been already sadistic by a young age. While Ted confessed to his brother that, upon returning from Harvard, really smart people, like himself, also have to be sadistic. So his brother later commented that Ted said he refused to be "broken down" by these psychological torture experiments. And his brother said - it would have been better for Ted to have been broken down instead of hardened. But Ted already HAD been hardened by the ROUTINE medical treatment when he was a young age - calling for him to "cry it out" and be isolated alone in the hospital - as a baby, thereby causing permanent brain damage.

So the CIA Harvard experiments as torture were the fuse that lit the bomb of the Unabomber just as Allen Dulles was already sadistic from a child and so Dulles thrived in his collaboration with the Nazis that then created the CIA as an institutional instrument of genocidal torture in the periphery of the US Empire.

So of course NetFlix is not gonna run a documentary version of the Devil's Chessboard biography of the sadistic terrorist serial killer Allen Dulles because he was a "leader of the Free World" and so obviously that goes against Netflix as a sanitized corporate-state mass media conglomerate.

Rather the common cause of both Allen Dulles and Ted Kaczynski is rather a hard-wired neurophysiological energy blockage.
Ted says how his not going to let his solitary confinement at the SuperMax Prison - "break his spirit." But then others say how Ted is the perfect person to thrive at the SuperMax Prison because he is able to live on his own and in his own world that he creates - in "his box." And then Ted continues to try to build his "movement" and he considers trying to align with the Muslim terrorists who are also anti-modern.
The irony of this is that Bin Laden was ALSO "trained" by the CIA and Ted, while claiming to be anti-technology, is actually a supreme meticulous technocrat, churning out ever increasingly sophisticated technology that is destructive inherently (the very claim he is making is the case for Western technology as a whole). So Ted just epitomizes the problem instead of finding the solution.

And John Zerzan - whom I've blogged about above - Noam Chomsky informed me how Zerzan misquoted him. I've read Zerzan and consider him to be a superficial shallow hack in regards to claiming to be an intellectual regarding academic disciplines - for example his claim on music theory or anthropology are both sorely lacking.

So while it is stating that young people in the early 90s took inspiration from the Unabomber - I, myself, despite having been investigated as a potential top ecoterrorist suspect, have never even READ the Unabomber. The snippets of his "tracts" that I have seen - they seem to be puerile in sophistication. For example I spent a couple years reading Slavoj Zizek who specializes in analyzing psychological political ideology and philosophy - and so in comparison to Zizek, I don't find the Unabomber to be impressive at all. But that does not mean I agree with Zizek either - in contrast in 1996 I wrote a critique of Zizek and I mailed it to him, thus inspiring his attempt to debunk my critique of him - his 1997 book, "The Plague of Fantasies."

So Zizek is trying to debunk Ecofeminism, and the paranormal New Age claims. So neither of those views are in line with the Unabomber and so my public record is well-documented to not be aligned with ecoterrorism. Of course I have joked that I am an ecoterrorism due to my alchemy training that has rewired my neurophysiology - so that I am permanently in touch with Mother Nature - and so while Ted was afraid to be rejected as a Lunatic - I fully embrace the "lunatic" label as an embrace of the Lunar synchronization secret of what it means to be truly human a la Professor Chris Knight's tome, "Blood Relations."

So it goes without saying that the case of the Unabomber is tragic for his victims but as one of them declared in court - they forgave Ted a long time ago and so now the onus is all on him - it's HIS problem now, not theirs. And at that moment, then Ted dropped his "pen" - his "sword" - his technological "kernal" as it were - to stare back as his victim. The person then stated that Ted was in shock that someone would feel empathy towards him as that was the last thing Ted was expecting. But this Void moment or - as Zizek calls it - the STAIN of the Trauma of the REAL - was then quickly covered up and shut back down - repressed back to its hard-wired brain damage from Ted's experience as a baby. John Zerzan reports that Ted later wondered why the victims had to be there "whining" about what had happened even though Ted's punishment had already been determined.

So that use of the word "whining" was a rare psychological "tell" - because it is PRECISELY the insistence by Western Patriarchal science for the need for baby's to be TORTURED as the Cry It ALL out method - and therefore "whining" MUST be an inherently evil manipulative method by babies to "control" their parents!  So according to the receipt and the bill that I paid, the chain garage I had do the "rust treatment" actually did to the work - but I really couldn't tell if it had improved at all on my previous phosphoric acid treatment of the rust. In fact it looked like more rust - but maybe that was the tannic acid color? Tannic acid is not as strong as phosphoric acid and so one comment on youtube says it is due to environmental standards that phosphoric acid is not used. In fact ferric phosphate is an insectide!

So instead of "removing" the rust - I have been converting the rust into ferric or iron phosphate. So the undercarriage has a strong black patina. It actually looks LESS black after they pressure washed it and did the tannic acid spray. Anyway I got another quart of phosphoric acid to turn the bottom of the car into a competition with the eternal Iron Pillar of Delhi!!

Yeah that's pretty much how the chassis or undercarriage looks.

Like other alchemists of the time, Brand searched for the "philosopher's stone", a substance which supposedly transformed base metals (like lead) into gold. Under strong heat the oxygen atoms from the phosphate react with carbon to produce carbon monoxide CO, leaving elemental phosphorus P, which comes off as a gas. Phosphorus condenses to a liquid below about 280°C and then solidifies (to the white phosphorus allotrope) below about 44°C (depending on purity). This same essential reaction is still used today (but with mined phosphate ores, coke for carbon, and electric furnaces).
Brand's process yielded far less phosphorus than it could have done. The salt part he discarded contained most of the phosphate. He used about 5,500 litres of urine to produce just 120 grams of phosphorus. If he had ground up the entire residue he could have got many times more than this (1 litre of adult human urine contains about 1.4g of phosphorus salts, which amounts to around 0.11 grams of pure white phosphorus).

 Chassis welding/repair is not as clear cut as some seem to think, you need to establish the cause first. That will tel you what action you need to take and size of the repair to prevent it happening again. Just slapping a bunch of patch plates/box sections could make things worse.There is a rule of thumb, what you do to one side, you do to the other side. On lighter chassis's where repairs are in critical area's you don't want to over stiffen one beam over the other. This is very relevant in the 50Ton and up trailers, where patch plates can cause complete failure on the beam.

So I called the Chevy Dealer this am and I described to them the service bulletins from GM sent to the dealers for fixing rust on the frame. The dealer first said - the Service manager said - that sounds like the Body Shop and he transferred me. Then the body shop says - they don't do Service bulletins and they don't have a Hoist needed for that kind of job. They said Service has the hoist and they use jacks; they transferred me back to Service which then went to Voicemail.

So then I called up the local one chain shop that specializes in rust work and I asked for JUST the rust treatment and NOT the under coating. Why? Because when I told them the age of the vehicle they said the rust treatment would just be for the surface and the rust from the interior would come through. I said yes that's why I don't want to cover it up with an under coating - so then I can keep treating and converting the rust that comes through from within to the surface.

Well, rust eliminator uses a reaction product, Zinc Phosphate ZH₃ (PO₄)₂ that reacts with free iron forming a bond. Tannic acid is also used and reacts with the Iron Oxide (rust) rendering the oxide inert. We then use various ethers and alcohol to dry the exposed areas, removing all moisture from the steel.

 Zinc Phosphate is a white non-toxic anti-rust pigment, is the new generation of excellent anti-corrosion effect the non-pollution avirulence antirust pigment, it can effectively substitute contain toxic substances such as lead, chromium, the traditional antirust pigment, is the ideal antirust pigment new varieties in coating industry.

  When applied to iron, tannic acid reacts with the iron ions to form ferric tannate, a somewhat porous blue-black film whose degree of protection can be controlled to some extent by the method of application. It produces a uniform finish that enhances the appearance of an object (for more information on the effects of tannic treatment on iron, consult Selwyn 2004 ).

 they stopped using phosphoric acid due to ground water contamination. it still burns everything after use. it does not dillute away like other acids. tannic acid is best

 It is not necessary to be concerned about acid residues remaining on the iron, since phosphoric acid will react with iron ions to form ferric phosphate, which protects iron.

 So far, phosphoric acid is winning hands-down... It has a very nice conversion capability (it MUST have rust to convert or you get NO protection of steel). You MUST apply a coating to get that protection; and I am working on a test to prove permability

Ferric tannate films are not vapour barriers. They will delay or retard corrosion by forming a film over iron, but this effect will not last indefinitely. The life of the film can be extended by:

• storing the object in stable relative humidity (RH), preferably around 50% (consult CCI Notes 9/6 Care and Cleaning of Iron)
• wearing gloves when handling the object

 Zinc is a "sacrificial protector" since it oxidizes before the iron. So then the galvanizing process forms a zinc oxide layer that is rust that can be removed yet the fresh zinc layer will protect the iron again.

You can return iron oxide back into the part if the iron stays in place as the hydrogen binds with the oxygen as water.

So they reluctantly agreed to do the rust treatment and so I have left the car there over night - but they were very grim about it since I was not getting the full "package" and they were not sure they wanted to treat a car that had so much rust. But they use a hoist and so get fully under the car to treat the whole undercarriage.

Tannic acid chemically converts the reddish iron oxides into bluish-black ferric tannate, a more stable material.

Honestly most of the time with bedliners and undercoating the rust sneaks in through a small crack and you dont notice as it hides under the surface, the thing about seeing rust is being able to spot it and treat it, it's better to have no undercoating and treat rust spots as soon as they start vs trying to coat and forget

 Like bedliner, the rubbery spray dries to form a protective layer, and like bedliner it gives up with a good hit from a rock or similar road debris. Because salty water can creep in behind a layer of rubber unseen, it can also trap salt and moisture inside. It’s best to check this stuff now and again to avoid ugly surprises that reveal the only thing left of that kick panel is the undercoating.

So then I just happened upon a product to treat the INTERIOR of the hollow frame of the chassis. It has a two foot long tube with a conical spray nozzle. So I ordered two spray cans - it is also similar to the rust treatment - a zinc phosphate. One can did One frame rail - vid I found this comment on this product:

I work at a place that uses zinc phosphate to coat frames for busses and can say that it is EXTREMELY effective. It's also probably bad for you so wear a respirator.

 I tried a phosphoric acid metal prep from the local building supply that worked fairly well and then covered the metal with rattle-can rust-rated enamel.

 In addition, there are many solvents containing plastic-based components and rubber in the paint coating solution to help the paint permanently elastic. This paint helps to seal cracks, joints, small holes, etc. to protect internal details and prevent the risk of metal corrosion. If you ask if you should spray anti-rust under the car, the answer is definitely yes, especially when you are busy, less time to wash the car, take care, maintain the chassis.

The Eastwood Internal Frame Spray uses a Phenolic Resin as a chelation binder to the iron - thereby converting the iron. Then the zinc is the outer layer.

The thermosetting is the reaction between the components, making it insoluble, and rock hard.

So then I have a local welder who agreed to look at the car to do a frame repair - and weld a plate over the hole in the frame. The phosphoric acid treatment thus far has rendered that metal solid around the hole. But this way if the hole does spread then the welded plate will stop the frame from buckling.

Q. We are doing zinc phosphating for WCB grade cast iron valve bodies. The external surface is either painted or powder coated. However, the internal phosphated surface rusts if no rust preventive oil is applied within two or three days. Is there any solution?
A. The zinc phosphate pretreatment system is generally not intended to be a corrosion-resistant coating by itself. This conversion coating reacts with the base steel (or iron casting in this case) to precipitate an inorganic zinc phosphate crystalline structure on the iron surface where contacted by the phosphating solution. This zinc phosphate coating is intended as a paint base to improve the coating or powder adhesion and provide some additional corrosion resistance.

And then I ordered more phosphoric acid but this time also with an anti-rust enamel top layer paint to protect the iron bond.

 I am using this to paint the bottom of my truck for rust prevention. There was a little surface rust which I scrapped off what I could. Then power washed under the truck, let it dry and proceeded to paint everything that didn't move. So far so good. I live in the Northeast and feel this is necessary over Zeibart or other underbody sprays. You'll need eye protection, gloves, and breather or face mask. Well ventilation is necessary so I do it outside above 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it dry for a day and hit it again if you need. Make sure to check under your truck after winter to spot any areas. I keep my vehicles 5 years +.

 when it arrived it was formed to the packaging so all I had to do was heat it up with a heat gun or you can do it at approximately 14 inches away from the stove Flame and once it's soft and straighten it it will keep itself straight afterwards which is very helpful to achieve what you wanted to do specially to get it in between all the hidden spaces
