The heart is called Yi [unified power] becuz when intent moves, spirit is agitated; qi is dispersed. Qi is the Mother of spirit; Spirit is the child of qi. The Mother as qi is the horse that guides/conducts the river chariot (yin spirit) in the water (yin jing). Once your mind is away from the lower Elixir Field, your Qi will be led away from it and be consumed. By gathering the Shen into the lower tan tien then the Qi follows it there. Light of eyes descend as Yang fire inner yin qi line

San Bushmen X-ray healing spirit vision and celibacy and hunting
and so while the male is hunting then he also has to be celibate! Why? The fat from the meat creates the N/om energy of the female who is like the meat being hunted! The hunter has to attract the animal to then fed the fat/meat to the female.
and more celibacy training!
and so tied to hunting success:
and fasting along with the celibacy!!
citing Guenther, Mathias, 2020
hey my reply got disappeared! "some humans evolve" - yeah the term "evolution" was coined in the midst of the industrial revolution and then eugenics soon followed. Modern biological humans have been around since before 70,000 years ago but with coining the term "evolution" we've created a "biological annihilation" of life on Earth - faster than any previous extinction crisis. No - the term "evolution" now is applied more to "technology" - for example Cambridge University Press has a book titled "the evolution of technology." It just shows how that word is thoroughly misapplied (kind of like the "ecology of the interwebs"). Yes modern humans - well we adapted to drinking cow's milk... and we have a few other superficial adaptions. But evolution? Nah - we're good at clearcuts and monocultural farming. That's the OPPOSITE of evolution. We did survive the Mt. Toba supervolcano explosion at 70,000 years ago with only a few thousand humans left. So all 8 billion of us are genetically LESS diverse than one troop or pack of chimpanzees! Modern biological humans are a genetic bottleneck!! So no - we're really not much in terms of evolution.
