This is "secured" so I have to transcribe instead of copy/paste. oops.
By gathering the Shen into the lower tan tien then the Qi follows it there. When the Qi begins to express itself and move then it becomes attached to external forms and leaves.
That is another way of stating what I quote at the top of my blog.
Those who cultivate the Upper Pass concurrently with the lower two passes practice the Sudden Method.
So anyway let's
get back to Kostas - he said it was a good road trip for him, and then
writing the book on John Chang and that he did not get any permanent transformation
from his experience, even though he was able to telekinetically move a
VHS empty cardboard box from a distance (similar to Jim moving the
cigarette pack - knocking it over as in the video).
But
Kostas added an interesting tidbit. Jim said that - as he corroborated
to me in an email reply - that it was just like taking a crap - when he
pushed his qi energy out for the telekinesis. But Kostas added that the
stored up condensed lower tantien Qi energy had to move up to the heart
BEFORE it then moved out of the hands.
So what is
quite fascinating about John Chang stating that his yang has to DESCEND
and then his YIN ascend to create the Qi "explosion" - is that in Neidan
the Yang that descends is the stored up yang qi, that descends down the
front via celibacy! So it is through the heart via the spirit that the
purification occurs. This is covered in chapter six of the Taoist Yoga book - and so it's the crucial step to use the Shen spirit to FUSE the yang and yin qi into the Yuan Qi, via the blue light.
So
it appears confusing that John Chang then says he sends out his Yin
energy field to help enable the telekinesis power of his students. And
then Kostas corrects his interviewer - stating that NO - ONLY John Chang
can work with the Yin field while the students can only work with the
Yang and that's the point. So what this means is quite mysterious as
Kostas argues that the Yin qi is actually gravity itself creating an
attracting force while the Yang qi field is actually like a
superconducting energy that radiates out - as the Sun does. So Kostas
knows enough physics to realize that he is talking about Negentropy as
reverse entropy for the Yang qi field - or reverse time energy. This is
also described as "delocalized protons" by the Daoist quantum biologist
Dr. Mae-Wan Ho (and her colleagues).
So for spirit
communication - the yin field secret is that the yang qi has to be built
up via celibacy as John Chang and Kostas emphasize - that the yin qi
power is limited by the amount of yang qi (substance) built up in the
body. This Yang Qi substance is the ionized lecithin that enables the
delocalized protons of water in the body. So that creates a yin qi field
as the "golden key" or superluminal yin matter (from the future) via
anti-matter and virtual photons. So the Yuan Qi is then the dynamic
BETWEEN the yang qi and yin qi - called in quantum physics the "spin" or
magnetic moment (literally energy from the future). This is also Dr.
William Tiller's explanation of qi energy (to be featured in the new
book by Dr. Nisha Manek who worked with qigong master chunyi lin to
co-author a Mayo Clinic textbook chapter on qigong healing).
So
it is confusing when John Chang refers to the "yin" energy field
because there are yin shen spirits that he communicates with via the yin
qi field but he is actually accessing the Yuan Qi Emptiness to do so by
building up the Yang Qi inside himself. And so the Yang Qi that the
students build up inside themselves is also guided by the yin shen. In
alchemy Neidan this is explained via the Cloud Soul (Hun) and Whitesoul
(po). So the yang qi will CLING to the Hun soul as it leaves the eyes.
So during meditation this has to be turned around so that when the Hun
Soul is focused downward then it builds up the Yang Shen so that the
Yang Qi (of the Po or Whitesoul) then CLINGS to the Yang Shen focused
downward back into the lower tantien). That is why the Shen is guiding
the Qi even though paradoxically the Shen originates OUT of the Qi - due
to the inherent yin-yang energy dynamics that are eternal.
yes thank you for checking out the book. Another interesting topic is
Mayahana Buddhist philosophy. So in Daoism "worry" is considered a lower
emotion. Tradtional chinese medicine combines buddhism and daoism. So
worry is considered to be the spleen and pancreas blockage. It is quite
fascinating actually how nonwestern cultures realized the secret of how
emotions are from electrochemical blockages. So sugar increases cortisol
- so hence the spleen/pancreas worry cortisol connection. So Buddhist
monks that don't do the trance dancing (tai chi standing active
exercise) they get diabetes more frequently due to over thinking!
(that's how qigong master chunyi Lin describes it).
Another good one is
that lung blockages cause depression! I was in full lotus alone at work -
and a coworker appeared. When our eyes met I heard myself blurting out -
WHY ARE YOU SO SAD!! He had no expression on his face and had not said a
word but I had been overwhelmed by his sadness. He stood there in shock
and I realized he had been out smoking and then walked up the three
flight of stairs. He was 24 years old. so before he answered then I said
to him: "You know smoking causes depression." So then he quit smoking -
he had been interesting in energy healing and so we had talked about it
before. So there are interviews with the Bushmen shaman healers still
alive - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ABjSlEaVwo
You'll note one
healer says she does not give her energy to people who have a bad heart.
So the energy is based on quantum frequency of light as intention. The
best intention is as you hint - the intention of NO intention (i.e. to
turn the light around - this is called "clear light" or the Light of no
light). So actually we need relativistic quantum biology science to
"explain" what this training is in nonwestern cultures. It's quite
fascinating actually. So yes the traditional San Bushmen culture was
ENSLAVED by the Bantus - who followed the jeep tracks of the Marshall
family in the 1950s. I have corresponded with Dr. Elizabeth Marshall
Thomas. Her first book, "The Harmless People" was denigrated by the male
anthropologists! Why? Because we are dealing with a HARD-wired
psychophsyiological problem.
As the youtube channel "radical
anthropology" notes - worldwide the first healers were considered to be
female. In daoism this is explained as the females being YaNG
internally. So lecithin is what myelinates our nerves and ejaculation is
90% lecithin. So by the males training in celibacy through standing
active exercises (sore thigh muscles) - then the lecithin gets ionized
so that the water is split internally between protons and electrons. The
magnetic moment between the protons and electrons then can build up
superluminal superconducting energy - as spin energy. This is what the
first culture called N/om. It's quite hilarious that we think of these
cultures as backwards when in fact they practice what qigong master Yan
Xin called the "highest technologies of all technologies" and yes the
CIA studies and documents this stuff via SAIC, a corporation that
regularly reads my blog. So the masses have been mind controlled into
denigrating this stuff as WOO WOO but there are secret societies of
elites that train in this stuff via special forces, etc.
