I want to build the Donkey cyclone batch box rocket stove mass heater
but Donkey neglected to point out that the secondary air floor channel
needs to be specially designed via grinding and welding, etc. He said
anyone living on a mountain in Guatemala could build that stove (except
for the floor channel). But that EXCEPT was a big one! So I can buy a
stainless steel pipe (even that is a challenge). Cutting the pipe? I
don't know? I don't have a grinder ($60 tool). So also I don't even have
a hack saw. I'm gonna just try to make a masonry stove heater I guess
(with a rocket stove riser). I don't even understand how Donkey said he
"slip" the 4 inch duct pipe out of the 6 inch duct pipe as he made the
Perlite clay insulate riser! Does that mean he would add the Perlite
clay and then pull the 4 inch up as he then added more? How long did he
let it dry first - or did he pack it with the pipe facing the ground?
Sorry for the stupid questions but if you have any IDEA how to
incorporate the riser into a masonry stove design (I have used bricks)
without needing some fancy secondary air pipe - then that would be
awesome (and yes pretend I'm living on a mountain in Guatemala)...

Can I just put the "riser" in the center of this -
I get it bulk - the cayenne activates the pain receptors without being
"real" pain - and so there is a tolerance built up to this pain receptor
reaction (and it's an Opioid receptor - hence the bliss). The cayenne
also activates the vagus nerve that then dilates the blood vessels -
clearing out flow. The capsaicin also kills cancer. Casein in milk
neutralizes the capsaicin (which is the activate neuron receptor
ingredient) and Casein is also the carcinogenic protein in milk! So I
always have cayenne when I have milk but also any protein (eggs or meat)
as the capsaicin kills the cancer cells created from protein. The only
problem is that as per traditional Chinese Medicine - the vagus nerve
being overactive will overstimulate the Lung energy and this causes your
energy to easily leave the body via the skull (as 90% of the vagus
nerve messages are afferent, meaning TO the brain via the stomach). So
in the end it's better to rely on Tummo yogic breathing techniques to
activate the vagus nerve and then store up the energy in the 2nd brain
(the small intestines). But if we're gonna eat meat and milk then
cayenne is the way to go. So Western colonialism started out as the
spice trade yet we still have not taken up the messages or lessons of
those spices. haha. In hot cultures cayenne is used to induce sweating
to COOL the body down - kind of ironic but so is life. You want an
extreme dialectical reversal to achieve results - that's what cayenne
does. But "horse stance" kungfu also does this - so the legs (thigh
muscles get sore) and shaking - pushing with deep breathing (stomach
touching the kidneys) - causes an EXTREME doubling of adrenaline as
sympathetic nervous system activation. Suddenly you get an extreme
"parasympathetic rebound" - this clears out the shit of the colon but
also converts your dopamine into serotonin bliss (the N/om or kundalini
bliss) up to the brain - and then goes down the front to STORE that
energy in the small intestines. So you want to keep your tongue against
the roof of your mouth as that activates the vagus nerve to connect the
front and back channels. Also visualize fire at the base of your spine
and keep your eyes closed - and soon you'll go into deep meditation.
haha. Another secret is that for males the left hand is Yang while the
lower body is yin and the right hand is yin while the upper body is
yang. Look up "moving of yin and yang exercise" - so you do standing
with the knees bent but put your left hand facing your stomach and your
right hand facing your heart. That will suddenly turn your body-mind
into a connected circuit of complementary opposites as FREE energy!!

yes Supernovae are impressive but Irwin Schroedinger in the 1930s
published his book, "What is Life?" He realized that the Sun is powered
by Negentropy (reverse spacetime coherence) and Schroedinger realized
the SAME is true for life!! The 2016 book, "Life on the Edge" launches
"quantum biology" as the truth of reality - it won a science award as a

satellites and Earth). So for example physicists state that is the
acceleration of the Universe reversed its entropy (with time slowing
down as space accelerates) we could not OBSERVE this since life is
dependent on entropy. But these physicists are ASSUming a left-brain
dominant right hand dominant external measurement! Whereas right-brain
dominant phonon meditation enables quantum relativistic negentropy as
free energy (based on reversing time in meditation) - and this was
practiced as the CORE central training by all males in the San Bushmen
original human culture called N/om (later called qi in China or prana in
India and many other names by nonwestern tribes - the ancient Greeks
called it Ion or Aeon from Western asian incubation Pythagorean cave
meditation - it's the cerebrospinal fluid that feeds the brain as
kundalini but also as pure reverse spacetime energy!! So in deep
meditation you literally experience a spacetime vortex!! It's quite

read the book "Taoist Yoga: alchemy and immortality" - only the Yang
Qi from Quick Fire breathing has the power - but it has to be combined
with the Yang Shen via rotation of the eyes in meditation - (see chapter
six).
So also that book does not detail (but the
lineage online does detail) that ONLY the standing active exercises will
enable strong enough quick fire breathing. So every night before sleep
you HAVE to do standing active exercises so that the thigh muscles are
sore - and this induces a doubling of adrenaline as an extreme
sympathetic nerve reaction - causing a "parasympathetic rebound." The
parasympathetic rebound is the Slow Fire breathing meditation (of
turning the light around). So with the parasympathetic rebound then you
convert the dopamine lust back into serotonin bliss as blue light (yang
qi).

our eyes open we take in the red light yin qi energy blockages and this
Pre-Triggers the duct - and so only the above training will reverse that
