Metta - Loving-Kindness.

Buddhism seems strange to Westerners in that it is based on there not being a personal identity that is permanent. Burmese language is a Buddhist language so it does not use personal pronouns - only impersonal action takes place.

So in receiving donations for forest cultivation of Emptiness Energy Ecology then I have also been receiving Metta as Loving-Kindness. This is a very profound experience.

I am very lucky to have people share their loving-kindness with me but what makes it more profound is that it is not personal - rather it is the Emptiness that enables this loving-kindness energy to flow as ecological harmonization or forest cultivation.

So we see the emphasis on emotions as energy healing in Buddhism.

So to open up the heart then as loving-kindness means to have Four-Give-ness as forgiveness.

The ancient Tetratkys or tetrad as inner listening or the inner ear silence.
