So this is what Wim Hof teaches also - when the breath is held after exhale, this activates the vagus nerve and fills the brain with blood and then this will convert to cerebrospinal fluid, that is swallowed, filled with pineal gland qi. This creates great internal heat, after swallowing the qi.
